It makes me want to scream
I happened upon Hogg’s Blog today, who pointed over to a post by Patrick Eakes concerning AOL and their horrible, horrible, horrible customer service.
I’ve dealt with AOL before and I absolutely hate being talked to like I’m a three year old or some person telling me that when I say I want to cancel the account what I really want is one free month.
Go check out Patrick’s post and make sure you listen to the God-awful recording of the customer service call.
I sat and listened to it and it made me want to scream at the customer (no) service guy. Gosh.
