The Right will get a kick out of this

I bet they say the gay agenda is now attacking the “freedom of speech.” Nevermind the fact that the speech was intimidating, harassing, physically threatening… and, oh yeah… that kind of speech and behavior is illegal, yo.
According to an article from the Washington Blade, a Rhode Island judge has issued an injunction ordering a woman to stop her intimidating, harassing and threatening behavior toward her gay, HIV+ neighbor.
The judge found that the man’s right to live peacefully was violated under the state’s Fair Housing Practices Act because of the woman’s constant “hateful conduct” and threats of physical violence.
