I’ve got mail - From the National Guard
They really have no idea who they sent this email to do they (pic to the right)?
I guess they don’t know they keep sending me postal mail either, right? I keep getting emails and postal mail, especially from the Army and Navy and National Guard.
I got a piece from the Army the other. My mother told me I should take the piece of mail back to the Recruiting Center in Greensboro and ask them, “Are you sure you don’t want me in the Army?”
You think that the US Military would have some sort of list of like “black-listed” people or something. Why do they keep sending me invites to join if “No” is the answer I’ve already been told when I’ve already asked to join up?
Kind of just seems a little ironic to me… that I would be receiving mail and email from a part of the government which really doesn’t want me to serve and which has already given me an answer to the question.
Maybe I’ll take my mom’s advice (although I don’t think the Court is letting me go back to the Greensboro Recruiting Center as of right now, actually, lol).

wow, I didn’t get one, I feel left out! Maybe they don’t want straight people anymore…or they just got tired of me fussing them out…

They began trying to recruit my daughter when she was 13 years old.
I called the stupid 800 number on the pamplet and raised cain with the poor guy who answered.
More mail followed.
Finally, once she was in high school, I guess they finally got my “opt out” message that I sent to the Superintendent of Schools and the online website that has opt out forms.
The sad thing - my nephew deliberately signed up, has been holding back because of family pressure for 3 years now, and he is 21 now.
He is looking forward to killing people, and of course, if he has to kill children, its not his fault, because everyone knows the little children have bombs strapped to them.
Matt, I really appreciate your blog.
But I am still waiting to hear more about Patrick MCHenry.
He will be re-elected by the hard core republican right.

That’s really scary. Although it probably isn’t true 100% of the time, it probably is true some of the time and that is sad - and scary.
Thanks F Hatter for you compliment. As soon as more news on McHenry is let out, I’ll report on it.
As far as him being re-elected… yeah, that’s too bad, but look at his district. It is definitely a safe seat.
