There are legal questions, too, about his relationship with at least one man who votes in Gaston County, but attends college and has a driver’s license in another state.
That comes from an article posted at NorthCarolinaConservative.com. Patrick McHenry, a Republican representing the 10th Congressional District, has some problems on his hands.
It is one thing to have people like me – gay activists or what people see as liberals – question you or attempt to show your obviously apparent lack of integrity and absolutely another for it to be coming from your own conservative “brethren.”

The Dems need to be preparing for the NC 10 and or the US senate contest against McHenry.
No way to be sure he will be totally beaten down by
folks like the NC Conservative.
It took the NC Conserv years to take down Charles Taylor.
And only a squeaky clean type like Heath Shuler would fit the bill there.
Someone needs to get some video or photos of McHenry,
and we can be rid of this anti gay congressmen with questionable “relationships”. Hypocrite in GOP clothes.
