New commenting policy

Here is the policy as it appears at the bottom of comment section:

Commenting Policy: You are free to leave comments on this site as long as you abide by the following guidelines: (1) As always, the basic rules of civility, etiquette and respect apply to all commenters; (2) Civility and respect should be shown to those who write articles posted on the site and to other commenters, site users and all people; (3) If you wrong a person and later realize that you have wronged them, feel free to be the “bigger man” and apologize, no matter how much you may still disagree with what that person says or doesn’t say; (4) Blatantly vulgar and obscene language is NEVER tolerated. Slurs, obscenities and blatantly vulgar language will be edited out of comments by the site editor (just censor yourselves). Thanks for visiting InterstateQ.com. Don’t be afraid to call us out when we goof up. Don’t be afraid to comment tipping us off on a mistake we may have made (we’ll quickly issue a correction and update). And finally, don’t leave… Keep us true to our mission and vision, challenge us and confront us.

It is very rare for a legitimate comment from a legitimate user to get caught up in my spam filtering software. On average, I’d say it happens *maybe* once every 6 months — if even that.
