A possible growth for InterstateQ

by Matt | August 13th, 2007 |

I have been in conversations with the Editor of another LGBT news website, currently operating as a monthly web magazine.

I think conversations on a possible “merger,” or sorts, between IQN News and the other site is going well and the deal may very well go through. I’ve been working on building the website for the new news organization that will feature daily news and other features (such as podcasts) as well as a monthly web-magazine.

The “merger” between IQN News and the other news organization would grow tremendously the amount of exposure InterstateQ.com websites have in the online LGBT community. I hope it will be a great success.

If all goes well with planning, I’d hope that the new news organization will be up and running no later than the end of the month.

In order to do all this and get some good exposure, I’ll be contacting all my blogging buddies in order to touch their philanthropic side. Sound like I’m asking for money… well, I’m not (although that is greatly appreciated as well). I’ll be asking for some free ad space on their sites. It doesn’t hurt to ask!
