I thought the most revealing thing was his reticence to accept you as a ‘real’ christian (or someone who believes) very quickly rejecting your testimony as a whole because of that. I thought was a topic in of itself. That was the part that didn’t seem to connect with him, that just that rejection…or the churches rejection of glbt people and the militarism of the language logically leads to violence towards glbt people. He never really seemed to make the connection between the two.

I thought the most revealing thing was his reticence to accept you as a ‘real’ christian (or someone who believes) very quickly rejecting your testimony as a whole because of that. I thought was a topic in of itself.
