According to an article published December 28th on the Fox 8 WGHP website, and featured on their December 28th newscast, the KKK has been recruiting in Greensboro.
In one neighborhood, residents found white supremist flyers:
White supremecy and racial segregation, not exactly the warmest of Christmas greetings. But some homeowners in Greensboro say, that’s exactly the holiday message delivered to their doorsteps by the Ku Klux Klan. People found the fliers in a north western Greensboro neighborhood. One of the three pages wishes the community a happy holiday there’s also an application to join the Klan for $35. The first requirment is to be a white christian practicing racial intergrity. None of the materails had a local contact. Only the klans website, a Harrison, Arkansas phone number and an address for the Klan’s international headquaters. People in the neighborhood say they’re more distrubed than shocked that the KKK would choose to bring their message of white supremacy to their front doors. FOX8 tried to contact the KKK’s international headquarters to find out how many fliers it sent out and how it picked the neighborhoods. No one at the KKK returned our phone calls.

WOW! You would think that, by now, the KKK and other hate groups would have fizzled out. Human stupidity never ceases to amaze me.
Everyone is fully aware of the KKK’s historic stand of extreme racist and white supremist views, but what many people fail to realize is that the KKK is just as much of an anti-gay group as it is anti- everything else.
This scares me a bit and I hope that the community will step up to show the KKK that they are not welcome here.

Yup, I stepped up to the plate…AND JOINED them. Take some time and educate yourself. Read read read and you will see that a lot of whats said and what you hear are NOT what this organization is about. Yes, it is comprised of WHITE Christian people…but how is that any different than some of the BLACK groups out there…we have BLACK History month, do we have WHITE History month?? etc

Haha, I agree with keeping the KKK open. Regardless of what they stand for believe and organize, everyone hates a little against the blacks even the blacks themselves.
The KKK should be brought back to curb Gangsterism. How many black people do you think will be selling drugs on the streetcorner and robbing your household goods after they are being publicly hung in todays town square… Just a thought.

Now, I looked up alot of info pertaining to the the klan. I don’t agree with any of their principles. Some say, the klan was created to perserve white christian principles and there is no harm in it. Really, then why do they show hatred towards others that are not of European descent and white jews? In the 1960’s, you see blacks being hung, crosses being burned, rallying, protesting with the acts of violence. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THOSE CHRISTIANS PRINCIPLES? Does it not say in Galatians 5:20-21, that anyone who has hatred who commits murders, and shows strife, shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. In Proverbs 6:16-17&19, two of the things that God hates is anyone who shed innocent blood and soweth discord among the brethren. In James 1:13 it says, ” Let no man say when is tempted, I am tempted of God:for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man” Murder and hatred would fall under the category EVIL. In what way is this Christian like? Oh, but someone must’ve looked over those parts,huh? Sowing discord means to separate, which is one of the Ku Klux Klans main principles: not to intermingle with other races, purify the white race by any means neccessary; Christanity is only for whites. Oh really….JESUS WASN’T EVEN WHITE HIMSELF! Isreal is in the Middle East near all those places the Ku Klux Klan does not want to be associated to in any way: Africa (Mostly muslim, some jewish, and christian), Isreal(a Jewsish nation, some muslims), and Pakistan (Mostly a muslim nation; some jews). There’s no such thing as the White man’s religion. Christainity is a religion for all! The Ku Klux Klan is allowing the devil to use them in a subtle way to demoralize the foundation of Christainity.
