Mikush Campaign looking for volunteers
by Matt | May 25th, 2006 |The Sandra Mikush for School Board Campaign is looking for volunteers to help gather the required number of signatures in order to get Sandra Mikush’s name on the November ballot as an unaffiliated candidate.

The campaign has been able to collect over 4000 signatures already. A total of more than 7000 is needed by June 30. No doubt, Mikush will reach her goal.
Matt, 22, is an LGBT journalist, activist and youth advocate currently living and working in Charlotte, N.C., where he serves as the Editor of Q-Notes, the Carolinas' LGBT news source. A native of Winston-Salem, N.C., Matt attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is still continuing to pursue his bachelors degree. He is the Owner & Editor of InterstateQ.com and has been active in LGBT advocacy work since the age of 14.
