The Editorial Board of The Winston-Salem Journal published their thoughts today on race for the 5th Congressional district. The Journal has endorsed Democrat Roger Sharpe, a former state legislator and educator, for the seat. Sharpe will face incumbent Republican, Representative Virginia Foxx on November 7, 2006.
