Very early this morning, at 1:09am Friday morning according to Capital Beat, the North Carolina General Assembly ended its 2006 session. Barring any unfortunate circumstances our legislators won't return until January 2007.

Yesterday, the North Carolina Senate passed Senate Bill 602, the Technical Corrections Act-2, 2005.
